you name it!! I love them all...
HERE IS MY RECIPE FOR
ROASTED HONEY GOLD POTATOES:
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 lbs honey gold potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1.5 lb bag of Honey Gold Potatoes
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Clean the potatoes by rinsing them off in a colander.
Slice the potatoes in quarters
Place in a bowl add Olive oil, salt, and pepper; toss until the potatoes are coated.
Transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan and spread them out into one layer. Roast in the oven for 45 minutes or until browned and crisp. Flip once during the cooking time for even browning.
Place in a bowl
sprinkle dried parsley on top and serve.
Those potatoes look delicious! I have never met a potato I didn't like...
