Hi Friends welcome to my little Christmas home tour decorating on a budget
This is how I decorated our home for Christmas using what I already have & purchasing only two items:
The wreath & Christmas tree
(the money I spent on the wreath went to a local charity)
The wreath was made by a youth group that my daughter is a part of.

All the decorations on the tree were collected over the years

Wreath
This is the same wreath I made for our front door over the summer.
I took the hydrangeas off, added pine cones, and hung a Mercury glass Santa in the middle.
A basket of fresh greens & pine cones
The box on the coffee table is the same box I used to make this chalkboard sign
I filled it with my favorite magazines, candy, and Christmas photos of our daughter and our beloved dog Scout.
Cookies, Tea, and a Book
Our living room
Vintage crate wrapped in burlap.
Garden inspired mantel
The stockings were made by my grandmother for my mother when she was a child.
I made the wreath using pine cones & hydrangeas
Sorry for some of the fuzzy pictures I was having a difficult time with the lighting on my camera
Pom-Poms I made
Wishing you and your family a happy and safe Christmas
The stockings are such wonderful treasures. I love the wicker baskets and wooden boxes you use in your decor...just perfect for showing off the greenery and beautiful arrangements. I'm using what I have this year or what I find at the thrift store. It's been a lot of fun! Happy weekend my friend!
ReplyDeleteEverything is so pretty. I love your old fashioned tree, they are definitely my favorite and yours is so pretty. Your fireplace looks amazing too. Beautiful Christmas decor. Thanks tons for linking to Inspire Me. Hugs, Marty
