INGREDIENTS:
One cup of plain nonfat yogurt
Fruit of your choice
Honey
Walnuts or Almonds
Mint/optional
Place the yogurt in a bowl and add the fruit
Add the nuts
Add the honey and gently stir
Add fresh mint if you'd like
